This is actually super awesome technique! to put it in simpler terms, for those who cant understand very well, basically when a star(a mark that is placed by physical contact with an object containing cursed energy) is placed on the cursed energy of an object, the stars have to stay in the order they are named. for example: a constellation moves together, the stars do not move separately. Therefore, for fushiguro to move to the star number 4, Kirara’s star, he has to go through the others (in order) first. He is basically moving the star into a different position by moving the others, but he has to keep the star’s shape (a cross). Any cursed energy marked with a star has to stay in it’s given position unless it’s position is traded with another star’s position. I hope this helped, it’s honestly a lot to take in but its probably one of the coolest techniques so far. (ALthough against someone with speed or technique like Gojo, Sukuna, or even toji, the possiblity of physical contact is too low for a technique like this to work.)

It isn’t too hard to understand it. it’s as simple as understanding what mark is placed on what and following a corresponding order.
E.X If someone is marked with A, they would go through B and C to reach point D.
A – B – C – D
You just need to figure out what path you would need to take. It is more simple to think of the star names as a letter or number

I understand it just fine, it’s one of those situations where you have to read it multiple times and actually process the information
